Transitional Housing Program
The CRIB (Community. Resilience. Independence. Belonging.) TransitionalHousing program provides a safe, supportive, and empowering home environment for young adults ages 18–26 who are exiting foster care, reentering from incarceration, orexperiencing homelessness.

WELLTHY MINDZ
Mental Health Program
Our Wellthy Mindz Mental Health Program, provides evidence-based, field-based, and telehealth mental health treatment. Mental health services will include, weekly individual psychotherapy, group therapy, expressive and creative therapies, and crisis intervention as needed. Evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed youth development frameworks will guide service delivery.
The program is designed to help youth heal from interpersonal, familial, and community trauma, while addressing co-occurring issues, including but not limited to depression and anxiety.

Creative Expression Program
Sometimes, everyone needs a little support—and that’s where we step in, with our education and entrepreneurship program. Whether it’s providing and/or financing skill training or certifications, assisting with workforce opportunities for those in need, or helping with the development of business plans, we’re all about lifting people up. Through community programs, outreach efforts, and good old-fashioned kindness, we’re making sure no one has to go through life without a plan. Because when we help each other, we all rise together.

Workforce Development Program
Cr8 Me is a workforce and entrepreneurial development initiative of Cr8tive Mindzdesigned to empower transitional-age youth (TAY) and at-risk young adults (ages 18–26) with the skills, confidence, and support to achieve economic independence throughentrepreneurship, creative industry training, and career readiness. Grounded in a PositiveYouth Development (PYD) model, Cr8 Me integrates individualized coaching, hands-onlearning, and mentorship to help youth identify and achieve their personal, educational, and professional goals. The program partners with other TAY-serving agencies tocomplement—not duplicate—case management and support services.
